Resale Purpose is Not Permitted
All products sold are for customers' use only and shall not be commercially resold. Bioaobo.com.hk may refuse any purchasing order which it suspects is for commercial resale.

Title of Products, Documents and Fees to Import
All title of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by Bioaobo.com.hk. Bioaobo.com.hk will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. For many international shipments you may be required to pay customs and duties, obtain certain licence or apply for registration of your purchased products in your own country to receive delivery of your package. The customs charge and/ or import regulation is determined completely by the government of your country, and as such we have no control over those costs or regulations. As such, Bioaobo.com.hk will not pay, nor be held responsible, for such costs or arrange for application of import license. By continuing with your order you agree to be responsible for any customs or duties incurred as a result of your country's customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registrations or license required for the products you are purchasing. If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to Bioaobo.com.hk you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (except only as may be implied by applicable law). Governing Law
These Terms of Use (including the order terms contained in the page) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use and the order terms.

Refund Policy
Customer who wants to return or refund the products, customer is necessary to contact with Bioaobo.com.hk by an email after the confirmation of Bioaobo.com.hk, then can return the Bioaobo.com.hk authorized of the return products. (Please return or refund within three days after recognition.)
If more than three days or customer dose not contacts with Bioaobo.com.hk before the customer returns the products, Bioaobo.com.hk will not accept the customer return or return.
The cost burden of return or refund is borne by customers.

Company reasons:

Delivery of products and merchandise ordering different (mistakenly delivery).
The cost burden of return or refund is borne by Bioaobo.com.hk.
Please be sure all the mistakenly delivery products return to Bioaobo.com.hk. If one product is missing, Bioaobo.com.hk will not transact the procedures of return.
In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.

* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
* Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
* Any discount, clearance or sales product that Bioaobo.com.hk has already stated non-returnable.
* Any free gift product and samples.
* Any product that is purchased at AOBO affiliated chain stores.
* In the event of dispute, Bioaobo.com.hk’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

Customer wants to exchange products, please contact Bioaobo.com.hk first. If the result of the exchange of products in short supply, and to stop trafficking, and so can not be sent, the purchase price of products will be refunded to customer.
Methods for the return: Customer sends “Return and Refund Contact Invoice” and the return products to a return address.
After the return products arrive in Bioaobo.com.hk and have confirmed by Bioaobo.com.hk, we will send exchange products. If customer sends the return products without “Return and Refund Contact Invoice, the handling procedures may be delayed.

Shipping Methods
The shipping of the goods ordered by the purchaser (“the Goods”) is subject to the following:

1. The Goods will normally be shipped by Hongkong Post.
2. No delivery will be made to P.O. Boxes and hotels. A valid shipping address and telephone number are required to be provided by you when making the order.
3. Bioaobo.com.hk will endeavour to arrange shipment of the Goods around 10 working days (excluding Saturday) upon receipt of a confirmed order. All shipping is subject to stock availability. The purchaser will be informed of the expected delivery date by e-mail.
4. The Goods typically arrive within 10 to 14 working days (excluding Saturday) though it may take longer during public holidays.Bioaobo.com.hk will not be responsible for delay caused by customs restrictions or any delay however caused.
5. Unless the purchaser notifies Bioaobo.com.hk to the contrary on the day of delivery, the Goods shall be deemed to have accepted by you as being in good condition.
6. The purchaser may be subject to the import control laws and regulations of the country in which the Goods are received. The purchaser agrees to abide by all applicable import control laws and regulations. The purchaser understands that appli cable requirements or restrictions may vary depending on the Goods sold and may change over time.
7. The purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all importation taxes or excise duties or other customs clearance charges howsoever imposed by the customs or other authority. The purchaser shall also bear all local sales, value added taxes or levies.
